STEAM Posse understands that students and parents are concerned about COVID and its implications for summer programs. STEAM Posse is well-prepared to make the required changes to our programs to comply with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health authorities' requirements. Students will be expected to adhere to all safety standards, which may include the use of face masks, frequent handwashing, the use of hand sanitizer, and social distancing. Failure to follow the program's specified guidelines will result in dismissal.

5900 Clover Lane, Waco, TX 76710 is the address of the camp site.

Whatever program you choose, you will gain a deeper understanding of STEAM-related careers/jobs, an in-depth vision of your future plans, a community mentor to assist you as you complete high school, and essential leadership skills while learning group dynamics, team building, goal setting, communication, and conflict resolution. Furthermore, you will receive a true insider's perspective into a potential STEAM profession. You'll also get to go on special field trips, participate in engaging academic activities, and have dialogues with professionals and community leaders. We believe the STEAM Posse experience will be one you remember for the rest of your life.

At all times, dress appropriately. In general, a typical school dress code that is conducive to learning is appropriate. No short shorts, miniskirts, or clothing that exposes shoulders, bellies, backs, or undergarments allowed. Participants should dress comfortably and should wear athletic shoes or sports sandals (straps on the front and back, no flip-flops). A banquet will be held on one of the nights where church attire is appropriate. Some areas of our facilities are colder than others, so bringing a sweatshirt or jacket is recommended.

Participants pay no tuition for the program, which includes housing, all on-site meals, course materials, and activities. Tuition also includes an air-conditioned shuttle service to and from off-site briefings and excursions. Participants must pay for their own transportation to and from the program, as well as personal spending money for souvenirs, laundry, and a few off-campus meals during field trips and tours.
